I called Rivera's Landscaping initially to fix an issue left by another contractor who had left my yard a mess after digging a trench. Gio came out, surveyed the lawn, came up with a plan, and had his guys out the very next day. They did such a great job putting my lawn back to its original condition that I then asked about having another project done. My wife and I had wanted to get some pavers installed on the side of our residence, where there isn’t much sun, so it’s typically muddy. I gave Gio my idea, and he and his guys brought it to life only a few days after the first job. Lastly, we had a heavy rain event that reminded me how poorly my backyard would drain. Having had Rivera's Landscaping do two jobs for me already, I inquired about what it would take to fix my drainage issues. Gio came up with a plan to add a backyard drain. I approved, and again, his guys started the next day, and it worked very well. Needless to say, I have now had Rivera's Landscaping do three separate jobs for my residence, and every one of them was a home run. I had 4 dead trees removed from my front flowerbed (roots and all) and had the entire bed flipped and remulched in preparation for 4 new trees to be planted. Full Armor Landscape and Garden did an excellent job in quickly removing the trees, hauling away the debris, remulching the area, and taking extra care as to not disturb the sprinkler system and surrounding plants. The job site was left clean and looking better than before. We needed something fairly simple - while our foundation had piers installed years ago and were still verified to be in good shape, the ground surrounding the foundation had started sinking and was starting to erode below the foundation in spots. Full Armor Landscaping came in, filled in the gaps and low areas, regraded the lawn surrounding the foundation and installed new sod. Straight forward...yes...but the price was fair and most importantly, they were extremely professional, answered every question quickly and kept us apprised of what exactly would be done, when they'd arrive, etc. Excellent communication. First time working with Preferred Full Armor (Geovanni) and we could not be more satisfied! They professionally installed synthetic turf in our courtyard and it looks stunning. Installation was completed in 6 hours start to finish and the workmanship was simply white glove worthy. Should note that after 4 quotes for the same synthetic turf from serval contractors, we discovered that they ALL, except 1(Preferred) seriously overstated the sq footage which inflated the cost.
